This documentation serves as the authoritative reference for the Customer 360 (C360) solution. It consolidates key knowledge across three main dimensions:
- 📜 Historical context – Origins, objectives, and evolution of the C360 initiative.
- 🧩 Functional scope – Core use cases, user personas, and supported business processes.
- 🛠️ Technical architecture – System components, data flows, integration points, and operational considerations.
The report is designed for a wide audience, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and data stewards. It aims to foster alignment, accelerate onboarding, and provide continuity as the C360 platform evolves.
To ensure durability, portability, and ease of access: - The content is written in Markdown. - It is compiled using the MkDocs static site generator. - The Material for MkDocs theme enhances navigation, search, and readability.
