1. Data Write Operations
- All data write processes — including data ingestion, transformation, and updates — are owned and managed by Nissan Digital.
- This central ownership ensures consistent data quality, security, and compliance across the platform.
2. Data Steward Access & Responsibilities
- ADO Data Stewards have read-only access to data stored in Snowflake.
- They are authorized to manage customer privacy preferences, including opting customers out of Ataccama in accordance with CCPA regulations.
- However, ADO Data Stewards do not have permissions to delete customer records; such operations are restricted to Nissan Digital to maintain data integrity and compliance.
3. Data Access Control
- Access to C360 data is granted strictly on a case-by-case basis.
- Requests for data access follow an approval process involving data governance and security teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
4. Campaign Creation Workflow
- When creating marketing or outreach campaigns, data stewards define the targeting criteria based on business requirements.
- These criteria are handed off to the RTB (Run The Business) team, which performs the data extraction and campaign implementation.
- All campaign executions and data operations are supervised by Nissan Digital to ensure consistency and governance adherence.
